The present application has been preferred for relaxation of the conditions of bail, as incorporated in the order dated 20th November, 2020 passed in CRM No. 4037 of 2020. Mr. Prahladka, learned advocate appearing for the applicant/petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied with all the conditions, as incorporated in the order dated 20th November, 2020 and prays for relaxation of the condition of meeting with the Officer-in-charge of Baranagar Police Station once in a week.

Mr. Roy Chowdhury, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State and files a report. Let the same be kept on record. Upon hearing the learned advocates and considering the materials on record including the report, the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall report to the Officer-in-charge of Baranagar Police Station once in a week until further orders is

modified to the effect that she shall meet with the said Officer-incharge once in a month until further orders. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
