Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that he has instructions not to press this application for anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner no.4. This application is dismissed as not pressed insofar as the petitioner no.4 is concerned.

From the Charge Sheet which has been submitted, we find that the sections pressed into service against the other petitioners are bailable. Hence, there can be no occasion for us to exercise our discretion under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
