2. The present revisional application has been preferred being aggrieved by the conduct of the learned Presiding Officer posted in the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), 3rd Court, Barasat.

3. The petitioner herein being aggrieved by the nature of orders passed by the concerned Court apprehends that he may not get justice and prays for transfer the Money Suit to any other Court in the same sub-division.

4. Considering the said submissions of the parties, the civil revision is disposed of with the liberty granted to the petitioner to make an appropriate application before the learned District Judge, Barasat at the earliest and the learned District Judge, Barasat, shall consider the prayer of the petitioner and pass necessary orders, in accordance with law, preferably within 30 days from the date of this order.
