Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the representation dated 23.12.2023 which was furnished with the Officer-in-charge, Hare Street Police Station has not been acted upon.

Mr.

Sen, learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the Officer-in-charge, Nalhati Police Station has submitted a report that the said information furnished and forwarded by Hare Street PS is not traceable at Nalhati PS. Accordingly, no action has been taken either by the Hare Street PS or the Nalhati PS.

In view of the same, Mr. Sen will send copy along with annexure to Nalhati PS who would assess whether any offence is made out or not and thereafter take steps in accordance with law With the aforesaid observations WPA 7803 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
