... petitioners The present revisional application was preferred in connection with Complaint Case No. C-617 of 2011, pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 8th Court, Calcutta, under Sections 420/406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Records of this revisional application reflect that on 20.04.2012 a coordinate Bench of this Court was pleased to refuse any interim order. Further on 20.01.2014, there was a direction by a coordinate Bench to proceed with the case before the learned court below.

In view of the observations made by coordinate Bench of this Court and the fact that the present stage of the proceedings has not been brought to the notice of this Court, I am of the opinion that the pendency of this revisional application further before this Court is unwarranted.

Accordingly, C.R.R.988 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act in terms of copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
