Mr. Indranil Halder Ms. Neha Singh ....for the Petitioner Mr. Dr. Madhusudan Saha Ray ....for the CESC Limited Pursuant to the order dated 06.01.2026, a Report dated 29.01.2026 filed by the District Engineer is taken on records.

It appears from the said Report that a separate meter can be provided in favour of the petitioner subject to all necessary payments and compliances. In view of the Report filed by the CESC Limited, WPA 7147 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the CESC Limited to provide a separate meter in favour of the petitioner subject to necessary payments and compliances from the existing service load.

The above exercise is to be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
