Records of the revisional application reflect that chargesheet was submitted in the year 2012 and cognizance was taken. However, the accused was evading the process of law. Having regard to the fact that the trial of the case could not proceed because of the absence of the accused, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for at this stage. Accordingly, CRR 993 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
