The matter relates to appointment of Assistant Teacher in P.G./Hons. Category for education subject. The selection process was initiated in the year 2011. I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
