1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioners, working with the respondent no.8 at Hooghly, have applied for mutual transfer with one Bikash Biswas, Assistant Primary Teacher of 13, Sridharpur Primary School, Raghunathgunj, East Circle, Murshidabad to the Chairman of West Bengal Board of Primary Education on 27th February, 2024.

3. In those circumstances, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education may consider the petitioners' application for mutual transfer strictly in accordance with applicable Rules offline and particularly after ascertaining the willingness of the counter part within a period of one month from date of

receipt of a copy of this order and pass appropriate orders thereof.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

5. Instructions of the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.) Hooghly filed in Court today be also kept with the record.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
