Mr. Apalak Basu, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved by the warrant of arrest issued in connection with Asansol North Police Station Case No.71 of 2019 dated 15.03.2019 (wherein upon conclusion of investigation, charge-sheet was submitted before the learned CJM, Purba Bardhaman). Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Mukherjee, learned Public Prosecutor. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner was earlier on bail, I direct that in case the petitioner surrenders by 7th July, 2023, the learned trial court would allow the petitioner to continue on the same bail and bond.

The warrant of arrest so issued be kept in abeyance till 10th July, 2023.

So far as the other issues are concerned, petitioner would approach this Court at the appropriate stage of the proceedings after receipt of the copies under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal

Procedure.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1107 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
