Petitioner preferred this writ petition to challenge inaction of the respondent authorities in releasing her family pension.

It has been submitted further that previously there was an order of this Court directing the respondents to release the admitted dues on account of family pension to the petitioner, within a stipulated date. The document Annexure P-2 has also been referred to show that the District Inspector of Schools (PE) has already recommended for sanction of the family pension in favour of the petitioner.

Let this writ petition be disposed with the direction to the concerned respondent authority to act upon Annexure - P.2, within a period of eight weeks from date.
