The petitioner alleges violation of the direction passed in the order dated 25.01.2022.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the contempt application upon the alleged contemnor intimating that the matter will appear in the list on 1st February, 2024.

Pendency of the contempt application will not stand in the way of the alleged contemnor to comply the direction passed by the Court.
