The report is enclosed with the statement of Bhaskar Sinha Roy as well as a communication made by Sri Bhaskar Sinha Roy. The contents of the statement and the declaration reflects that the complainant Bhaskar Sinha Roy do not intend to pursue Bidhannagar East P. S. Case No. 106 of 2022 dated 26-12-2022. In the said case on conclusion of investigation chargesheet was submitted under Sections 323/341/506 IPC and added Sections 379/34 IPC.

Having regard to the subject matter of the case and the

alleged offences along with the subsequent changes which have taken place which is reflected in the statement as well as the declaration, I am of the view that further continuance of the proceedings because of amicable settlement is unwarranted. Consequently, all further proceedings of Bidhannagar East P. S. Case No. 106 of 2022 dated 26-12-2022 including the chargesheet submitted therein is hereby quashed. Thus, the revisional application being CRR 1160 of 2024 is allowed. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
