Mr. Shahbaz, learned Counsel, appears for the petitioner and submits that the Public Interest Litigation (in short 'PIL') has been rendered infructuous because it was filed at the time when adenovirus infection and viral epidemic were prevailing. The said issue is no more existing. 2.

Accordingly, the PIL is dismissed having rendered infructuous.
