Having regard to the nature of offences complained of and the subject matter which has been investigated and chargesheet submitted before the jurisdictional court, I am of the view that

further continuance of the present proceedings is unwarranted in the changed circumstances. Accordingly, all further proceedings of Bidhannagar East P. S. Case No. 105 of 2022 dated 26-12-2022 including the chargesheet submitted therein is hereby quashed. Thus, the revisional application being CRR 1161 of 2024 is allowed. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
