Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the Howrah Municipal Corporation has already taken steps for demolition of the unauthorized structure.

Learned advocate representing the Howrah Municipal Corporation submits, upon instruction that, a portion of the unauthorized construction has been demolished and the Corporation shall take steps to demolish the entire unauthorized construction. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of by directing the Howrah Municipal Corporation to continue with the demolition work and conclude the same at the earliest.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
