It appears that copies of the documents regarding conversion of the land was handed over to the learned Counsel for the writ petitioners on the earlier occasion. 3.

In the absence of any affidavit taking exception to the said report, it must be presumed that the writ petitioner is satisfied with the permission granted for conversion of land.

Accordingly, the writ petitioner stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.
