Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not inclined to proceed with the instant revisional application.

As earlier directed, Ms. Debjani Sahu, learned advocate appearing for the State and submits a report of the concerned officer of Baguiati Police Station. Let the said report dated 28.09.2022 be kept on record.

The said report is enclosed with a statement of the complainant/opposite party no.2. The complainant in her statement has categorically stated that she does not intend to withdraw the instant case.

In view of the report so submitted by the officer of Baguiati Police Station, the present revisional application being CRR 887 of 2021 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
