Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is facing inconveniences in respect of his egress and ingress.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the property is a joint property. Both the petitioner and the private respondents are adjacently staying.

Be that as it may, the issue is in relation to egress and ingress. The representation was made on 13.12.2023. In view of the period of time which has lapsed, petitioner, if he is faced with similar inconveniences, will file a fresh representation with the police authorities who will consider the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 7225 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
