The revisional application relates to a proceeding being Case No.1737 of 2012 pending before the learned Sub-Divisional Executive Magistrate, Lalbagh, Murshidabad.

The petitioner was aggrieved by the order passed by the learned Executive Magistrate under Section 147 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having regard to the nature of the order under challenge, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for. Accordingly, CRR 599 of 2013 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
