The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non disposal of an application under section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI).

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that pursuant to earlier orders of Court, the concerned District Magistrate has finally passed an order on 9 April 2026.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this application WPA 7709 of 2026 stands disposed of by directing all the concerned parties i.e. the petitioner, the District Magistrate and the concerned police officials to act expeditiously in accordance with law and bring the proceedings under section 14 of the Act to a logical conclusion.
