Madrasah (Co.Edn.), District - Hooghly. She seeks transfer to a school nearby to her residence on the ground that she has to travel about 118 K.M. a day keeping two kids in her residence.

Mr. Arindam Chattopadhyay, learned advocate led by Mr. Bhaskar Prasad Vaisya, learned senior counsel is also present.

Nadeem Sulaiman, learned advocate appears for respondent Nos. 4 and 5 submits that, the petitioner participated in the counseling process for the year 2021. Such counseling process has already been concluded. The next counseling is due on 2023. He further submits that, to and fro the distance of the petitioner from her residence to the present school is 118 K.M.

Be that as it may, since the counseling process in which the petitioner participated in 2021 stands concluded, there is no scope for interference in the said counseling process any further.

The petitioner, however, shall be at liberty to participate in the next counseling process for transfer in accordance with law.

With the above observation, this writ petition being WPA 6889 of 2022 stands dismissed, with any order as to costs.
