Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the case is the outcome of a counter-case relating to an incident which took place in the premises of Sealdah Court. One of the accused is already admitted on anticipatory bail vide order dated 08.02.2021 in CRM 308 of 2021. The petitioner has duly complied with notice u/s. 41 Cr.P.C. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the State and in consideration of the nature of offence alleged, we are inclined to admit the petitioner on
anticipatory bail upon bail bond of Rs. 2,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to condition embodied under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
CRM 2894 of 2021 is disposed of.
