Ct. 8 The name of Mr. Sudhakar Biswas, Advocate printed in the list is by mistake as in our earlier order, we have recorded that the learned Advocate has prayed for leave to retire and such prayer was allowed, consequent whereupon, the department was directed to serve notice directly to the appellants along with the earlier order.

In spite of service of notice upon the appellant nos. 1, 3 and 4, as reported by the department, the said appellants are not represented.

In view of our earlier order dated 15th March, 2023 in which we have categorically stated that in the event the appellants are not represented on the adjourned date in spite of notice, it would be presumed that the appellants are not interested to proceed with the appeal.

Under such circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. All interim orders stand vacated.
