The matter is listed at the instance of the petitioner for correction of typographical errors, which crept in the order dated 02.05.2022.

It is submitted that in the third line of the fifth paragraph of the said order the words "Section 498A IPC" have been wrongly recorded instead of "Section 20 of DV Act".

The mistake is apparent.

Let in the third line of the fifth paragraph of the said order the words "Section 498A IPC" be deleted and substituted by "Section 20 of DV Act".

Let this order be read conjointly with order dated 02.05.2022.
