Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that this writ petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that the goods and vehicle in question has already been released and tax, penalty and fine arising out of confiscation proceeding in question has already been paid and as such there is no scope of granting any further relief in this matter and accordingly this writ petition being WPA 6098 of 2019 is disposed as infructuous.
