Toslim Ali ...for the Petitioner Mr. Atulya Sinha ...for the State Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this court was pleased to grant bail to the petitioner vide order dated 10th June, 2025 on condition of furnishing a bond of Rs. 20,000/- with two registered sureties of Rs. 10,000/- each, of which one must be local but since then, the petitioner fails to furnish local bond and as such, he is still in custody.

Having heard learned counsel for both the parties, let the bail order passed by this court vide order dated 10.6.2025 is hereby modified as follows:- "the petitioner shall furnish a bond of Rs. 20,000/- with two registered sureties of Rs. 10,000/- each".

The order dated 10.6.2025 is modified to that extent only. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered. CRAN 1 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.
