Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the husband committed suicide. The petitioners are the in-laws of the husband and were falsely implicated.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary.

Considering the naturals in the case diary and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and with a further condition that the petitioner nos. 1 to 3 and 6 shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a month till the conclusion of the investigation and petitioner nos. 4 and 5 shall cooperate with the investigation and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the Court below and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. CRM 2898 of 2021 is disposed of.
