Mr. Santanu Basu and another Mr. Anindya Bose, Mr. Sandip Mondal ...for the petitioner.

Mr. Sujit Sankar Koley ...for the alleged contemnors.

Learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnors submits that, in compliance of the order dated February 7, 2022 passed by this Court, the concerned District Magistrate has already decided upon the objection taken by the private respondent in the writ petition.

As such, there is no further scope of proceeding with the contempt.

In such view of the matter, CPAN 348 of 2022 is dismissed as infructuous.

The learned Advocate appearing for the alleged contemnors is requested to file, for the records, a true copy of the order passed by the District Magistrate upon such adjudication during the course of the day.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
