Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the outcome of the investigation of Belur Police Station Case No. 236/2024 dated 19.11.2024. Report submitted by the State reflects that Belur Police Station Final Report No.53/2025 dated 10.04.2025 has been submitted before the learned Special Court with a prayer for submitting prosecution against the complainant.

Be that as it may, petitioner before this Court intends to file application under Section 193(9) of BNSS. In view of the same, the petitioner would approach the jurisdictional court within a period of four weeks. The learned Special Court would dispose of such application within a period of 60 days from the date of filing of the said application. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 7239 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
