The petitioners are in custody for 265 days in connection with the aforesaid case.

It is submitted that the instant case has been lodged against them as counter-blast to the compliant filed by the petitioners.

The State opposes the prayer for bail and relies upon the statement of the injured recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

After perusal of the statement of the injured and her wife recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the gravity of the offence having committed as well as the complicity of the petitioners to the alleged offence, we do not think it is a fit case where the petitioner should be enlarged on bail.
