1. The order dated 22nd May, 2024 is mentioned for correction.

2. In the sixth line of paragraph two of the first page of the order dated 22nd May, 2024 after the expression "arrears pension", the expression "and gratuity" shall be added and in the fourth line of paragraph five on the second page of the said order, after the expression "arrears pension", the expression "along with gratuity" shall be added.

3. Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated 22nd May, 2024.

4. The other parts of the order dated 22nd May, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
