Nandy, Mr. Antarikhya Basu ....for the State The phone number belonging to the petitioner was utilized for the purpose of making the de facto complainant to part with money from the bank account.

Complicity of the petitioner in the incident of cheating cannot be overlooked.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM (A) 1269 is rejected.
