It is submitted on behalf of the State that final report has been submitted by the investigating agency before the Court below on 18th April, 2024 on the ground that no evidence can be collected against the FIR named accused persons and for that ground investigating agency has not charge-sheeted any of the accused persons.

In such view of the matter, present application has become infructuous.

CRR 1046 of 2020 stands dismissed being infructuous. In view of disposal of main application being CRR 1046 of 2020 the connected applications are also disposed of. Report submitted by the State dated 12.05.2024 is taken on record.
