Mr. Dhananjay Banerjee, Ms. Oindrila Ghosh .... For the petitioner. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of appeal being No. A/112/2022 which was filed by the Station Manager of W.B.S.E.D.C.L. on 16th June, 2022.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that since filing of the appeal, the same is pending before the Hon'ble West Bengal State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission till date and prays for necessary direction.

Considering the nature of the prayer, I do not find any reason to ask the learned advocate on behalf of the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite parties. Service upon the opposite parties is thus dispensed with.

Hon'ble West Bengal State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission is requested to dispose of the appeal being No. A/112/2022 as expeditiously as

possible without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the Hon'ble West Bengal State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court.
