Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned advocate for the State submits that there are at least six eye witnesses seek implicating petitioners in dacoity. The petitioners entered the shop room prior to closure and that the shop room remained open till the other co-accused arrived at the spot to commit the dacoity. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners as it transpires in the Case Diary, we are unable to enlarge the petitioners.

CRM(DB) 1034 of 2022 is rejected.
