This revisional application has been filed praying for expeditious disposal of L. A. Case No. 02 of 2015, pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court, Burdwan.

It appears that the said case has been pending since 2013 and has since been renumbered. Records reveal that the evidence was over and the hearing also proceeded extensively. At such juncture, a clarification was called for by the learned court below sometime in 2015 from the petitioner.

It is submitted that the petitioner already provided the clarification on August 18, 2018. The matter was sent to the District Legal Services Authority for settlement through mediation. The matter was not settled and the records were returned to the learned court below. Thereafter the learned court below has adjourned the case repeatedly on different occasions.

As it is submitted by the petitioner that the clarification has already been provided, the learned court below is directed to proceed on the basis thereof instead of adjourning the matter and pass the judgment in accordance with law.

This court has not gone into the merits of the claim of the petitioner or the clarification given. The learned court below shall proceed independently and in accordance with law.

The learned court below is directed to dispose of the L.A. Case No. 02 of 2015 within a period of six months from the next date fixed.

The revisional application is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Service of the revisional application and a server copy of this order upon the opposite parties and for their learned Advocate appearing in the learned court below.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible subject to compliance of all usual formalities.
