Petitioner renews the prayer for bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. The present police complaint is a result of the earlier police complaint lodged at the behest of the petitioner.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that there is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection passed on February 3, 2022. The next date is April 25, 2022 for the purpose of framing of charges. Considering the fact that there is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. C.R.M. (DB) 1036 of 2022 is dismissed.
