Learned counsel for the respondent no. 6 submits that his client does not have any objection to operate the bank account by the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, the bank shall allow the writ petitioners to operate the bank account.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
