Mr. Bidyut Kumar Roy Mr. Pratik Bose .....for the State This revisional application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure challenging the order dated 31.01.2011 passed by Learned Judicial Magistrate, Jhargram, District - Paschim Medinipur in M.R. Case No.99 of 2007 whereby maintenance was allowed to the petitioner and her minor daughter of Rs.500/- and Rs.1,500/- per month respectively. On the earlier occasion, learned advocate for the petitioner appeared and sought for accommodation. Time was granted and the matter is fixed up today for hearing. None appears for the petitioner and opposite party no.1. Mr. Bidyut Kumar Roy and Mr. Pratik Bose, learned advocates for the State/opposite party no.2 are present. Heard learned advocates for the State.
Administrative Notice was also issued to the petitioner. The report filed is taken on record.
In view of the fact that the petitioner is not diligent in appearing before the Court or in proceeding with this matter with promptitude, the revisional application is dismissed for default. The same is disposed of.
