MOUSUMI SARKAR NEE MONDAL Ms. Oindrila Ghosh ..for the petitioner This revisional application has been filed praying for expeditious disposal of the Matrimonial Suit No. 1799 of 2018, pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Barrackpore, District North 24 Parganas.

The petitioner is the husband. It is submitted that regular maintenance pendente lite as directed by the learned Trial Judge on July 22, 2019 is being paid regularly. It appears that the issues have been framed on February 4, 2020.

Under such circumstances, this revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Court below to expedite the disposal of the matrimonial suit independently and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the next date fixed.

This Court has not gone into the merits of the claim of the petitioner.

It is clarified that if the maintenance pendente

lite is not paid regularly, then this order shall not be operational and the learned Court below may proceed in accordance with law.

This revisional application is disposed of.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application along with server copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date. There will be however no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be given to the parties on priority basis, if the same is applied for.
