Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. It states that the mobile phone seized contained four video files and one image file and it pertained to the minor victim girl. There was also indication that the image file was transmitted by MMS using the alleged mobile.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary and the report filed by the State, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
