1. Matter is taken up for consideration in terms of order dated 2nd April, 2026 when learned advocates representing petitioner and respondent no. 6 have jointly submitted that after order was passed by this Court on 2nd April, a criminal prosecution was initiated by registering an FIR being no. 0059 dated 11th April, 2026 by the concerned authority of Survey Park Police Station, Kolkata. Copy of FIR being no. 0059 dated 11th April, 2026 is taken on record.

2. Since police authority has taken steps in connection with the complaint of the petitioner, grievance of the petitioner stands redressed

and no further order need be passed on this writ petition.

3. Writ petition stands disposed of.

4. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate, if occasion so arises in future.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
