IA NO: CRAN/1/2015(Old No:CRAN/1190/2015) This is an application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. read with Section 401 of the Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner for quashing of Charge-sheet being Charge-sheet No.332 of 2014 under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The matter was taken up by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 13.03.2015 and directed the petitioner to serve copy of the application upon the opposite parties. The Hon'ble Court also pleased to grant an order of interim stay for a period of six weeks.

Thereafter the matter was never appeared in the list and nor any prayer to extend the interim order was made.

Today also none appears for the parties and the matter is running in the Warning List since 20.02.2025.

In view of the above, this Court is of the view that there is no need to keep the matter pending and the same stands dismissed for default.

Let a copy of this order be forwarded to the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 19th Court, Calcutta.
