None appears on behalf of the parties. This matter is pending in the list since 10.11.2022 and has been called on each day of working of this court since that date. Inspite of that no one is appearing. The petitioner is found to be not interest in this case. Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit.

Petitioner has challenged the proceedings in connection with Chinsurah Police Station Case No. 464 of 2014 under Sections 417 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code corresponding to G.R. No. 2057 of 2014 pendi9ng before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hooghly. On perusal of the entire documents and record. It is found that the crux of allegation against the petitioner is that he on the false pretext of marrying the defacto complainant has co-habited with her and made her understand their false marriage by putting vermeil on to her head. Though at a later stage he has refused to accept any relationship with the defacto complainant or his marriage with her.

On perusal of the entire materials available on record and the grounds made up by the petitioner I am constrained to find that the grounds thereof are not sufficient and cogent enough to warrant this court's interference into the impugned order. Hence, in my considered opinion the revision is liable to be dismissed. Criminal Revision being CRR 676 of 2015 is dismissed.
