Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking relief of direction upon the appellate authority concerned to accept the appeal filed by the petitioner manually, relating to assessment year 2018-2019, which according to the petitioner was filed within the extended period after normal statutory limitation. Petitioner further submits that in respect of the assessment year 2018-2019 the petitioner has made pre-deposit but the same was debited by the respondents wrongly.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 8089 of 2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent appellate authority concerned to accept the appeal in question filed by the petitioner manually, relating to assessment year

2018-2019, on condition that petitioner shall make fresh statutory pre-deposit within a period of four weeks from date and file proof of payment of the same before the appellate authority concerned. With this observation this writ petition stands disposed of.
