1. The learned advocate representing the writ petitioner would submit that the petitioner is interested to take the benefit of insertion of Section 128(A) in the WBGST/CGST Act, 2017 vide notification dated 10th January, 2025. As such, she has instruction to withdraw the instant writ petition.

2. Mr. Siddiqui, learned senior advocate and Additional Government Pleader representing the respondents does not raise any objection.

3. Having regard to the above, let the writ petition being WPA 8095 of 2024 be dismissed as withdrawn.
