On perusal of the record, it transpires that Mr. Arnab Roy, Learned Advocate, appearing for the petitioner in this case, on 25.11.2022, submitted to have no contact with the petitioner.

Accordingly, administrative notice was issued, compliance whereof is available in this record. Even after issuance of administrative notice no one has turned up in this matter.

Hence, without wasting any further time, the matter is taken up for disposal on merits.

This revision is directed against the order of the Executive Magistrate, Uluberia, in NGR Case No. 652 of 2014 with reference to Uluberia G.D. Entry No. 335 dated 04.04.2014 under Section 107/116 (c) Cr.P.C.

The petitioner has, inter alia, pleaded that the Executive Magistrate has taken cognizance in the aforesaid said provision of law against him only erroneously in so far as there would be no element of offence available against him in the present case.

Considered the record and the annexed documents.

The grounds pleaded by the petitioner do not appear to be sufficient to warrant this Court's interference in exercise of power under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. Hence, the revision should fail being devoid of any merit.

CRR 681 of 2015 is dismissed.
