In response to the notification dated April 11, 2022 issued by the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education bearing No.531/BPE/2022, the respondent no.3 herein, the petitioner has submitted a representation before the said respondent to know the reason for his nonempanelment and non-issuance of TET certificate after decategorization.

The said representation, which forms part of the writ petition being Annexure 'P-3', appearing at page 21, is pending since June, 2022.

The respondent no.3 is directed to dispose of the said representation expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, which the respondent no.3 shall decide in accordance with law.

No affidavit-in-opposition since has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.

WPA 7894 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
