Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Begg, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Mr. Majumder, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner approached this Court when the investigation was under progress. Presently, charge-sheet has been submitted and copies under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has already been supplied to him and he intends to file a fresh application.

Accordingly, CRR 1118 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed.

Petitioner is granted liberty to file afresh enclosing the subsequent developments particularly the charge-sheet and the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for

challenging the proceedings of Lake Town Police Station Case No.48 of 2022.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
